What I collect
When you request a quote through this website or a Facebook or Instagram lead form, I collect the information you give me: your name, phone number, email address, property address, city, ZIP code, when you plan to sell, and anything you add in a note.
This website uses the Meta Pixel. It uses cookies and similar technology to record visits and actions on the site, such as viewing a page or submitting the quote form, so I can measure and improve my advertising. Meta may collect and use that information under its own privacy policy. You can limit this through your browser's cookie settings and your Facebook ad settings.
How I use your information
- To contact you about your request and my listing services, by phone, text or email
- To prepare a price opinion or listing quote for your property
- To keep a record of our communication in my customer relationship management system (BoldTrail)

Who sees your information
I do not sell your personal information. I am the only person who reviews the information you submit. Website form submissions are stored with Netlify, my website host. Information is kept in BoldTrail, my CRM, and passes through Meta when you use a Facebook or Instagram lead form.
How long I keep it
I keep your information only as long as needed to respond to your request and provide my services, or as required by law.

You can ask me to update or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time.
